New Orleans hired former Eagles OC Kellen Moore as the new head coach for 2025. The Saints have missed the playoffs in each of the last four seasons and now have the youngest head coach in the league in the 36-year-old Moore.

The New Orleans Saints are on the clock at the 2025 NFL draft, and it's an important one. After a 5-12 finish last season and hiring Kellen Moore away from the Philadelphia Eagles as Dennis Allen's successor, the Saints opened the draft by picking offensive tackle Kelvin Banks Jr. ninth overall and quarterback Tyler Shough 40th overall.

Thomas was the only defensive tackle the Saints signed as an undrafted free agent. During the 2025 NFL Draft, New Orleans grabbed Texas defensive tackle Vernon Broughton at No. 71 overall in the third round. The Saints also drafted defensive lineman Fadil Diggs, who played with the Syracuse Orange, at No. 254 overall in the seventh round.
