The sprawling Sears Point campus has transformed into a three-day hotbed of action that concludes with the sport’s best drivers battling it out Sunday.

The Chicago Street Race gave us drama on the track—and a storm brewing off of it, right on our TV screens. Between missed replays, awkward camera cuts, and silence in key moments, NASCAR fans didn’t hold back with their critiques of TNT’s return to broadcasting the sport.

TNT takes over for NBC, which aired the race the last two years. Before debuting last week in Atlanta, TNT hadn’t carried a NASCAR race since 2014.
