Utah Hockey Club cannot seem to figure out the Dallas Stars. Despite getting closer — Utah lost by one goal to the Stars in their first two matchups and took them to overtime in Saturday’s 3-2 loss at American Airlines Arena — The Club was unable to collect two points against the Central Division opponent.

The Utah Hockey Club (17-15-6, 5th in the Central Division) visits the Dallas Stars (23-13-1, 4th in the Central Division) after Lawson Crouse’s two-goal game against the Calgary Flames in the Utah Hockey Club’s 5-3 win.

Utah isn’t the only team that has struggled to score on the Stars. The’ve allowed just 93 goals all year — the fewest of any team. Jake Oettinger started for Dallas on Thursday, so it’s likely that Utah faces DeSmith again on Saturday.
