Sonic The Hedgehog is in a very different place than he was 10 years ago. What was once a consistently mocked series is now back to being on a level akin to its 90s popularity.

Though Sonic and his pals usually get most of the spotlight in the games, these human characters have also grown immensely popular.

Netflix has just added "The Last Witch Hunter", a dark fantasy action movie that sees Vin Diesel doing battle as an immortal witch-hunter.

In other words, it's the movie equivalent of that dodgy "Shadow the Hedgehog" PS2 game. As I mentioned above, this isn't exactly a unique stance on the film, either.

Sonic the Hedgehog, along with both his friends and foes, are getting their very own Secret Lair set for Magic: The Gathering.
