BIMINI BAY, Bahamas — Two Florida women are recovering after they say they were attacked by a shark while swimming in The Bahamas.

Police are investigating after two female American tourists were apparently involved in a shark attack at a popular Bahamas resort over the weekend.

The two women were reportedly swimming together in the waters off Bimini Bay at about 6:30 p.m. on Friday evening when the vicious predator struck.
