In the past Daredevil was perfect in the TV realm because the character is a lawyer in the daylight hours, which just works so great for a crime series. However, considering where we are right now with the lineup of heroes in the MCU that will assemble in the upcoming Avengers movies, I actually think they could use someone like Daredevil.

Daredevil: Born Again makes it clear from its first episode – and its first act – that the show isn’t holding back on anything. The one-take fight scene, followed by a shocking death, left fans speechless, with some even wondering if the Marvel series just erased an important character arc from the previous Netflix show.

A few things are starting to add up in my mind, namely the events of the Daredevil: Born Again’s premiere, a “shocking” introduction with the death of a major character.
