Shell (NYSE:SHEL) cut its Q4 forecast; LNG liquefaction volumes are expected to be between 6.8 and 7.2 million metric tons, lower than Q3's 7.5 MT, due to lower feedgas and fewer cargos due to the timing of liftings.
