Like Bill Belichick, Les Snead is known as a general manager who’s never been afraid to move on from a player earlier than expected. He did it with Jared Goff, Todd Gurley and even Jalen Ramsey to an extent, but one Hall of Famer believes the Los Angeles Rams are parting with Cooper Kupp “a year late.”

The Rams are “at least willing” to pay down some of Cooper Kupp’s contract in order to make a trade easier to get done

Kupp has a history with Bengals head coach Zac Taylor. Taylor coached him for two seasons in Los Angeles. Obviously, Kupp was one of the best receivers in the game three years ago when he helped the Rams beat the Bengals in Super Bowl LVI. He's taken a step back, but has been effective when healthy.
