LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KY3) - Wisconsin authorities extended an Amber Alert for a missing teenager into Arkansas. Police believe Gary Day, 40, kidnapped 16-year-old Sophia Franklin of Beaver Dam, Wisconsin. Franklin is pregnant. Police say Day lives in Lonoke County, Arkansas. He faces charges of abduction and child enticement.
