Alex Anthopoulos (born May 25, 1977) [1] is a Canadian professional baseball executive, currently working as the general manager and president of baseball operations for the Atlanta Braves.

Alex Anthopoulos is in his eighth season with the Braves. He joined the club in November 2017 as the executive vice president and general manager. In February 2020, Anthopoulos was promoted to president, baseball operations and general manager, and received a contract extension.
